About Victoria

Victoria Adetounshola Raphael is a registered dietitian based in Lagos on the Cooked Indoors network, seeing patients by video or in-person. Sessions focus on medical nutrition: practical, Nigerian-food based plans for long-term conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, PMOS, weight and kidney health.

What to expect

  1. Before

Jot down your goals, any recent results (glucose, BP, labs) and your medications. Photos of a few meals help.

  2. During

Victoria goes through your history, how you eat now and what has or has not worked, then agrees realistic targets with you.

  3. After

You leave with a plan built on food you already eat, and a clear next step. Follow-ups are where most progress happens.

Booking with Victoria

How much does a session with Victoria cost?

Sessions start from ₦30,000. The exact fee depends on the session type and length you pick, and you see it before you pay.

What is the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?

In Nigeria, "nutritionist" is not a protected title, so anyone can use it. A registered dietitian has trained in clinical nutrition and is qualified to manage diet for medical conditions like diabetes, kidney disease and high blood pressure. Every dietitian on Cooked Indoors is reviewed before they can take bookings.

Is a video consultation as good as seeing a dietitian in person?

For most nutrition care, yes. A consultation is a conversation about your history, your results and how you eat, and none of that needs a physical exam. Video also makes follow-ups easier, which is where most of the progress happens.

Do I need an account to book?

No. Pick a dietitian and a time, enter your name and email, and you are booked. You can create an account later to manage bookings and see your plan.

How do video consultations work?

After booking you get a confirmation email with your session details. At the time, join from your phone or laptop. No app to install, and a normal data connection is enough.
